Inder Puri is located in the south west part of New Delhi. This small, well-knit community, just
opposite to the Pusa Agricultural Institute is within reach to major utilities. The area is self
sufficient for the residents, with plenty of facilities and a good connectivity with other parts
of the capital.
A peaceful place, with lots of eating joints in and around, Inder Puri is a fairly small,
self-contained residential colony. The locality has everything from banks (ATMs too) to super

Gurudwaras and a Church.

actually falls right in the heart of Delhi. It is evident from the fact that Inderpuri now falls
under the New Delhi Lok Sabha Parliamentary constituency. Inderpuri also receives a healthy
demand for residential properties due to the availability of quality housing in all budget
categories. Quite naturally, investors get a host of options to choose from gated communities to
