Due to the excellent leadership and an intelligent plan, this project won accolades at the Sydney World Congress of Metropolis, 2008. The Maharashtra Economic Development Council listed Magarpatta as one of the Top 10 success stories of the State.

It is one of the most prominent functional and privately managed township in the country representing a real estate project that was a result of an immaculate vision and brilliant execution.
