Named after Wanowrie Village, Wanwadi is a quaint little suburb situated in the south-eastern

was a dedicated commander-in-chief of the Maratha army under the Peshwas in the 18th century.

reflects eclectic design pattern of Rajasthan/Marwar architecture. The Anglo-Rajasthani style of
construction exhibits a fine fusion of two different cultures. Other historic structures in the
area are the Bhairavnath temple and Gwalior bungalow.
