Do I need to do anything to prepare my vehicle for transport ?
Yes. The vehicle should have a minimum amount of fuel as per the following specifications. For 4 wheeler, a minimum of 15 litres of fuel is required to drive it to the nearest loading point. For 2 wheeler, a minimum of 5 litres of fuel is required unless the door-to-door or warehouse delivery option is availed. If the specified amount of fuel is not present in vehicle , the same will be charged as per actual. Also, a valid copy of vehicle insurance , RC book of the vehicle has to be submitted during the pickup of the vehicle.
What types of documentation are required for shipping a vehicle ?
We would require the documents to meet the compliance norms. This include registration copy, insurance certificate and ID proof document of the owner of vehicle.
How long will it take for the vehicle to reach its destination ?
The transit time for the vehicle would be based on the source and destination location.
Are there any circumstances that could cause delay in my delivery ?
Delay may occur only in case of any unexpected circumstances like natural calamity, protests , strikes or any activity which inhibits the normal movement of vehicles carrying your goods.
How will I know when my shipment is going to be delivered ?
Our Move Management team will inform you once the goods reach the destination city and coordinate the delivery schedule.
